It is the personal responsibility of guests to dispose of any food in the fridge/freezer/ kitchen area before checkout.
Strictly no shaving in the sink as this can cause blockages.
There can not be more than 6 guests allowed on the premises at any given time as it can not accommodate.
children are not allowed on premises and toddlers, too, without prior written permission from the host.
SMOKE FREE PREMISES
Strictly no smoking
A fixed fee notice of £250 will be issued for deep cleaning if evidence of smoking within the property is found. This can range from smoke smell coming from the room, to smoke alarms sounding or smoke buds found within the room or premises. Please smoke outside the premises as ash trays should be present outside the entrance door for smoking, please discard smoke buds in the ashtray. Once ashtray is full, please empty it in the black bin which is on the side of the gate upon entry.
Tampering with smoke alarms/ cameras/ carbon monoxide detector/ heat alarms or any other electrical devices pre installed can lead to up to a £1000 fine.
Any property left behind by any guests would be disposed of. Please note, its the guests' responsibility to keep their property safe at all times and to take any belongings with them after checkout. Management will not be held responsible for any belongings left behind.
Devices are installed for health and safety reasons. Therefore, no guest is allowed to tamper with them.
Fresh rolls of bin lining bags can be found under the kitchen sink. Please empty the bathroom/kitchen bin when full. Rubbish bags go outside in the black bin, which is situated next to the entry gate on the inside. Please ensure you clean up after yourself when using the bathroom, kitchen, etc, as it's your personal responsibility to clean up after yourself. Strictly no eating or drinking in the bed.
If a guest/s loose access keys, a £50 charge will apply.
Early check-in from 12 pm, is available at an additional £40 charge. This must be notified prior to checking in.
Luggage hold is available at an additional charge of £30. This must be notified beforehand.
Late check out is available at an additional charge of £40 per hour overstayed from normal check out time. This must be notified beforehand.
Alterations to your booking can be accepted as cancellation and all applicable cancellation fees will apply.
In emergency situations where a water leak , electrical fault or fire issue has occurred , emergency access will be required.
Please note we will first attempt to contact guest beforehand but if guest is not at home the property manager and caretaker will gain access to rectify the issue quickly.
It is the guest’s responsibility to inform us of any damages or serious issues straight away. Failure to do so may result in a fine if damages are severe
