Overall a very good experience. The neighborhood is nice, and the kitchen is well equipped. I would stay there again with my family.
Some things to be aware of:
The VRBO is one of two units in the building.
The sofabed does not have a fold out mattress (I'd call it a sofa). It can sleep one but not two.
.
Onsite parking is limited to 2 cars, and it's not very clear where to park upon arrival, so I'd suggest getting clear parking instructions from the host in advance.
The coded door lock is a bit tricky to operate - I found it easy to open but more difficult to lock on the way out. I figured it out, but to save time I'd suggest getting clear instructions from the host in advance.
