Wonderful building, although decor starting to show its age in places. Fabulous views from the Cloud 23 cocktail bar. Ground floor Podium bar adjacent to the entrance atrium cold and uninviting. Staff friendly and helpful.

Lovely hotel, staff were helpful and we were able to check in with early & the pool was a great feature to use. Check out being 12pm was great although we found the breakfast was expensive. Also booked a table for drinks and nibbles in cloud 23 which was lovely.

Hotel was very nicely done up and a great central location, all staff were lovely. The only downside was not being able to go into the hotel bar despite staying at the venue as its bookings only - had we been made aware at the point of booking the room or even at check in we would’ve been able to make a reservation and go as it was one of the deciding factors for us booking this hotel

I was here for a conference and awards dinner so for me staying at the hotel was convenient. I didn’t book breakfast due to the cost but it looked nice. Nice room although was a bit surprised that in an accessible room there was a bath/shower rather than walk in shower, although I didn’t need an accessible room, that’s just what I ended up with.
