We can't wait to welcome you to our stunning three-bedroom, three-bathroom converted mill apartment in the heart of Manchester's vibrant Ancoats neighbourhood. Spanning across two floors, The Depot is a duplex apartment boasting impeccable and colourful interior design, offering a truly unique and luxurious stay, complete with a pool table and a fun cinema-style living space.

The apartment sleeps a maximum of 12 guests. Perfect for groups or families.

The Space:
KITCHEN & DINING AREA
The large, fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. We offer a fridge freezer, oven and grill, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, washer/dryer, wine fridge, Nespresso machine, kettle and toaster, and an induction hob.

We also offer Nespresso capsules, tea, coffee, sugar, milk sachets, oil, and salt & pepper.

There is a 10 seater dining table perfect for enjoying a meal together with family and friends. The kitchen island doubles up as a breakfast bar, with 4 additional bar stools. This space also offers an excellent workspace for those who may be travelling on business.

BEDROOMS
There are 3 king-size bedrooms, all fitted with blackout curtains or blinds, and spacious storage options. You can find towels, hairdryers, fans, and an iron and ironing board in the wardrobes.

BATHROOMS
There are 3 bathrooms in the apartment, 2 of which are en-suites. The family bathroom features a walk-in rainfall shower. The master bedroom on the ground floor features a bath tub. The downstairs en-suite bathroom has a walk-in rainfall shower. We provide bath and hand towels in each wardrobe, as well as complimentary shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.

LIVING AREA
The living area is located downstairs and features a 75 inch smart TV with Sky Cable TV, Netflix and Amazon Prime TV access. The living area also features a large custom-built sofa and a full-size pool table. Please don’t place any drinks on the pool table.

SOFA BED
The sofa can be converted into upto 3 comfortable double sofa-beds. Depending on the booked number of guests on your reservation, you may need to contact our customer service team who are on-hand to arrange a sofa bed set-up, where additional charges may apply. If you’re unsure whether you have a sofa-bed inclusive rate or for full details of our sofa-bed policy, please refer to our terms and conditions.

LOCATION & PARKING
This property is located in Manchester’s city centre district of Ancoats, right on the border of the Northern Quarter. You can be in Manchester’s central bar and retail district within walking distance. There is a public car park located right next door to the property - charges may apply.

Guest Access:
Upon booking with us, you will receive access to your personalised Guest Pass. The Guest Pass is powered by Enso Connect – an Airbnb trusted partner. Here you will receive your check-in instructions, Wi-Fi details, local recommendations (& exclusive discounts!) and much more. You will receive a link to your Guest Pass in your booking confirmation message.

In order to protect both the property and you, our valued guest, you must complete a mandatory deposit authorisation hold of £250. This can be done on a card of your choosing via the Guest Pass. No monies are taken from your card unless damages are caused during your stay, or additional fees are incurred. This may be for things such as late check-out, undeclared guests, and/or extra nights. The deposit authorisation hold is usually released with 1 working day of check-out.

Kindly ensure that your Guest Pass verification and deposit authorisation hold are complete prior to your check-in, as you will not be able to access the apartments until this is complete.

There is a public car park located on Cable Street - charges may apply. For more details on parking, please refer to your Guest Pass. Your Guest Pass link can be found in your booking confirmation email. Manchester Piccadilly Station is a 5-10 minute taxi away, or a 15-20 minute walk from the apartment. The closest metrolink station is Piccadilly Gardens.

Other Things to Note:
Please note we do not manage the building and cannot be held responsible for any maintenance issues in building communal areas. There is no elevator in this building. The apartment is located on the ground floor, however, you will need to descend the stairs inside the property to access the living area, games room, and downstairs bedroom. We ask our guests to kindly respect our neighbours. We also encourage you to read our house rules for full transparency of our terms & conditions prior to booking - these can be found on our website.
