Pile of sawdust on the carpet apparently from the lock being changed. About 20 dirty old mattresses outside the window…not even stacked or in a dumpster. That was the view.

I would have given 5 stars however this hotel was undergoing renovations. The workers never remembered to quit at 6 like the sign said. I had to call down and ask the desk. They switched my room and it was an upgrade from a king room to a suite. However the heating/cooling system control wasn't working. The room was clean however the King room had a more comfortable bed. The queen bed was too firm. Overall it was a good experience.

We would definitely stay again - we found a few things in the room that needed attention (cleaning), but the front desk was very nice about it. The location for shopping and restaurants was excellent. We enjoyed our stay and the price wasn't terrible compared to others in the area.

There was water on the floor leaking from somewhere. There were ants all over the bathroom floor. The management was slow to respond or make any adjustments to the bill. The room was worn and not pleasant. All in all a poor experience. Will not stay there again.

unaware of construction before my stay, the smell of the floor glue gave us a headache, unaware of services unavailaible before stay ie: the pool. When asked , where are your warm cookies you give out on your website?...we were answered, oh, havent had those in awhile, we dont have to do what corperate says to do. The employee barely looked up at us when conversing. It was a negative reception, the phone didnt work to call the front desk and we had no cell service, the card keys NEVER worked the 1st or 2nd time. The noise level between our floor and the people above us was awful. Sounded like animals in the room, probably a hockey team...and forgivable...as we have kids as well. The breakfast staff and breakfast were terrific.
