Rest & Recharge at this bright & spacious 3-bed, 2.5-bathroom house located within a short walk of the Etihad Campus & Co-op Live Arena, only a 5 minute drive from Manchester City Centre. LGBTQ+ friendly.

With up to 6 separate beds, this house is perfect for a family or group of friends for a weekend getaway, or for a team of colleagues working in Manchester during the week.

Unlimited fast Wifi. Secure parking for one car, and on-street parking for a 2nd car.

The Space:
The house comprises of 3 first-floor bedrooms, 1 bathroom (with shower & bathtub) on the first floor, 1 en-suite bathroom (with shower) to the largest bedroom, 1 downstairs WC, a modern fully-fitted kitchen with dining area & washer-dryer, and an open-plan lounge area.

The Kitchen/Dining area has doors to a paved patio and garden.

All hotel-quality bedlinen & towels provided, together with toiletries.

Comfy sofa and sofabed with a smart TV.

Our kitchen has a kettle, toaster, microwave, gas stove, electric oven & washing machine. Cooking utensils, glasses, cutlery, plates etc all provided in the kitchen.
The dining area has a large dining table & chairs for when you are dining in - or is a bright area for working from home.

The rear of the house has a paved patio area adjoining a lawn, and is enclosed by fences, with a gate leading to the rear secure car park.

Guest Access:
You have exclusive use of the house and the garden during your stay, as well as access to one allocated space in the rear secure car park. Parking on street is by permit - we will require the car registration at least 48h in advance of checkin to arrange this.

Other Things to Note:
Please note this property has a 'Ring' video doorbell at the front of the house for the safety and security of the property and vehicles parked on the driveway at the front of the house, and a 'Minut' safety device which monitors humidity, temperature and noise levels (without recording audio, it reports volume level in decibels).

Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking checkin date, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit (a £10 admin fee applies) or buying a non-refundable damage waiver for £35. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
