I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would have no hesitation to go back. The restaurant was excellent, I would highly recommend the food! The hotel is very well presented and uniquely decorated. The bed is comfy. It's a real struggle to find anything to complain about.

Great location, perfect location, lovely old building, but too much noise from other guests. Had to move rooms at 3am due to constant squeaking noise from room above (floorboards or bed in room above??) Went on for hours and couldnt sleep. The new room was quiet but did not have a restful nights sleep. In fairness staff did move us to a new room when we asked, but seemed surprised at the noise even though multiple other reviews talk about the fact the building is so noisy.

Great location! Super close to the train station at Piccadilly Manchester. Easy to find and in a beautiful building. My only comment would be that the rooms feels a little rough. Could use a lick of paint to freshen things up and the wall paper was ripped. Looked well used. Also added feature of a mini fridge would be good as well but not necessary.
