"The Mendocino art center is wonderful. We loved being in town and so near the ocean. We loved our little apartment. The only thing I would request is that the outdoor lights are super bright, for them to be turned off at night. They’re not gentle lights. They are very bright, LED blue lights. "My friends and I stayed for a weekend to attend another friend's wedding. The place was clean and exactly what we needed. The only downside was that the bed off of the kitchen only had a curtain between the bed and the kitchen, but that was clearly known form the description of the property in the advertisement. All in all a good place to stay with friends for a weekend."

"I loved the house. The only comment I would make and it is not a negative, just to let people be aware. The only bathroom is up about 5 stairs next to the kitchen and if you using the bathroom during the night, be aware that you need to navigate walking into the next room and walking up some stairs.
