"We had the most wonderful trip to Puno and Lake Titicaca and mostly because we had Lucy as our host! She helped arrange transportation from the airport and were dropped off to her front door where she was waiting to greet us. The house is very clean and we had all the amenities we needed for our stay. We traveled as a group of 4 and the house accommodated us perfectly. "Very helpful and happy staff. Hot buffet bkft with options of cooked to order. Laundry service, sent out. Since on a pedestrian only street, pick ups require some walking. The bellman came down 2 blocks to help with luggage s we arrived after dark and had trouble locating the hotel. A wonderful stay!"

"This is a lovely Hotel. It is in a great location not far from the main square. It has everything you need including nice little extras like tea and coffee making facilities. The staff are wonderful, polite, efficient, friendly and professional. The breakfast even starts at 06:00 for those with early starts. I would like to thank all the staff at this hotel for the excellent. Highly recommended."

"Staff went out of their way to help us when we had some altitude sickness, offering options, including adding anight stay. The night desk, clerk, Katie Loayza especially went out of her way helping us get oxygen and even offering to have a doctor see us if needed, even though she was working alone. Breakfast buffet was very good with lots of options, view lovely and lots of service right outside the door. "
