The property has everything to spend on a family vacation, from swimming pools, beach, playing areas for kids, also the restaurants there have wide range of varieties for food The staff in genral are good , but few can be better especially if they know how to communicate in other languages like english

Alba Resort daha önce de konakladığımız bir otel, bu nedenle tercih ettik. Ancak bu sefer hayal kırıklığı yaşadık. Özellikle personelin davranışları ve misafirle olan ilişkileri gözden geçirilmeli. Resepsiyonda yüzünde gülümseme olan tek bir kişi yok. Sanki zorla çalıştırılıyorlarmış gibi bir görüntü çiziyorlar. Temel iletişim bilgi ve becerilerinden çok uzaktalar. Lobby Bardaki erkek personel kendi aralarında etraftaki herkesin yabancı olabileceği düşüncesiyle son derece kaba şekilde konuşuyorlar , daha da kötüsü sizin yabancı olmadığınızı anladıklarında bile tavırları değişmiyor. Otel genelinde personel eğitimiyle ilgili sorun ( birkaç istisna olmakla birlikte) açık şekilde görülebiliyor. Sezon başı olmasına rağmen personelin çoğu isteksiz, temel iletişim becerilerinden yoksun ve pek nazik olmayan bir şekilde davranıyorlar. Tatilimiz süresince en çok bundan rahatsız olduk. Büfe kesinlikle 5 yıldızlı bir otel ayarında değil. Kaldığımız odanın balkonuna yakın mutfak havalandırma sistemi sürekli çalıştığından gürültüden son derece rahatsız olduk. Oda hizmetlerinin (house keeping) hakkını teslim etmek gerekir. İşlerini iyi yapıyorlar. Bir daha Alba resortte kalmayı düşünmüyoruz, yakınlarıma da tavsiye etmem.

Side Çolaklı Güzel. Alba Resort de fiyatına göre oldukça iyi. Özellikle tüm servislerde personel güler yüzlü ve sıcak. Yem içme de makul diyelim. Kırmızı et çok azdı.

otelin konumu,odaların temizliği,çalışanların yaklaşımı,yemekler ve denizin kumsal,temiz ve derin olmaması güzeldi.Beklentilerimi kesinlikle karşıladı.Seyahatimdeki tek olumsuzluk hotels.com da 1496 tl diye anlaştım fakat 1513 tl ödedim.hotels.com dan memnun kalmadım.Fiyat garantisi yok anlaşılan.Ses kaydı yaptıklarını söylüyolar ama söylediklerinin arkasında durmuyolar bunun dışında otelden çok memnun kaldım.

Az AlbaResort az egyik legjobb családbarát hotel, ahol eddig voltunk. Reggeltől estig tartanak a gyermek és felnőtt animációs programok, a medencéknél és tengerparton is. Az ételek frissek, finomak és változatosak, az italokra ez nem teljesen igaz. A sör egy nemzetközi márka, a borok is jók, de a "koktélok" és egyéb kommersz italok kihagyhatóak. Napközben a tenger melletti éttermet érdemes választani, ahol mindig friss halat sütnek. A kétágyas szoba kényelmes, a pótággyal kicsit szűkös, de élhető. A medencék két csoportra vannak osztva: Van egy hátsó, csendes pihenős rész, továbbá egy nagyobb központi rész, ahol a négy csúszda is található. A hotel előtt bazárok vannak (mint mindenhol). Egy-egy este érdemes szétnézni.
