Péssima Experiência
Olha, sinceramente, o que salvou na hospedagem foi a simpatia do casal de donos da hospedagem, porque a estrutura do local está péssima. A pior coisa que tem sao as camas, ja viajei muito pelo Brasil e pelo mundo, ja fiquei em lugares muito simples, mas nunca dormi tão mal quanto nesse lugar, os colchões são péssimos, os piores que já dormi. Não tem água quente no chuveiro e a proprietária simplesmente me disse que havia ocorrido um problema elétrico, nem se preocuparam em resolver. Acredito que foi uma desculpa, que eles nao disponibilizam agua quente, mas essa informação nao está na reserva. Alias, o banheiro, apesar de grande, estava em péssima condição de manutenção, inclusive com mofo na parede. Paga-se uma taxa de limpeza diária, mas nao houve limpeza alguma. O casal e as filhas convivem no mesmo espaço, mas não há um cuidado com a privacidade dos hospedes e a organização da casa, tem-se a impressao que estamos de favor na casa deles. O café da manhã é simples, mas suficiente para o tipo de hospedagem. O casal é simpático, mas precisam ser mais profissionais na organização e na estrutura da pousada, tem potencial para ser um local agradável, mas messe momento nao recomendo a ninguém.

> Porta do quarto mal colocado. Prende no chão. > Chuveiro não esquenta.Somente ague fria. > Papel higiênico transparente, de tão fino. > Água do chuveiro pingando o tempo todo. > Ar condicionado sem opção para alterar a temperatura. Ou 23 graus ou desligado. > TV pegando apenas um canal aberto: rede Bandeirantes > Decoração horrorosa. Simplicidade não significa mau gosto. > Frigobar enferrujado. A fiação do controle do frigobar estava solta. Congelou nossas garrafas de água. > Cama sem lençol de cima. Lençol de baixo parecia usado (havia areia no lençol e encontrei uma pena. Ao invés do lençol de cima, havia apenas o cobertor, que certamente não é lavado a cada troca de hóspede. > Café da manhã: apenas café com leite e tapioca com queijo ou presunto ou banana. ou pão. Sem frutas. > Talheres e canecas mal lavadas. > Pagamento na saída somente com pix, Não tem maquininha e isso não é informado na reserva. > Não fornecem a senha correta do Wi-Fi. > Folhas de árvore para todo lado. > Baile funk na noite de sábado. Impossível dormir. > Dificuldade para ter retorno dos proprietários via whatsapp, tanto para confirmar o valor da reserva, como para avisar que havíamos chegado, já que demoraram para abrir o portão da garagem. Resumindo, o lugar parece abandonado na mão das duas únicas funcionárias, que fazem o trabalho sem qualquer supervisão dos proprietários, que parecem não estar preocupados com a manutenção da pousada. NUNCA MAIS voltaremos a esse lugar!

Atendimento bom, tem varal na parte externa para colocar a roupa. Quarto e banheiro bem limpo. Poderia ter um frigobar. O café que é incluso na diária tem o cardápio e só pode pedir 1 item de comida e 1 item de bebida, poderia melhorar em relação a este critério do café.

O estabelecimento está bem. minha unica dificuldade foi com relação do depósito antecipado par apagamento de diárias, com Banco de dificil acesso aqui em minha cidade (Bradesco e Caixa Econômica)
