"We were very disappointed when we pulled up. There were 18 inch weeds surrounding the porch to get to the front door. Making it hard to get up on the porch. The front door was very very hard to open. Also there was a lot of dead bugs at the base of the tall windows. The rest of the house was okay ..."

"This is a great value in the San Luis Valley. I have stayed here several times. The rooms are spotless, very comfortable, and quiet. The breakfast included with the room at the restaurant next door is a great way to start the day. The service at the restaurant is very good too."
