"The hotel is conveniently located, close to shopping and restaurants. It is clean but can be noisy at times. The service can be improved as it took hours to get a towel to the room and during breakfast some items were not replaced. Nonetheless, the staff went beyond expectations to try to make up for those inconveniences and were very kind. Parking is good and the whole stay comfortable."

"Our first room was a smoking room and smelt awful. Thankfully the receptionist changed it for us. The new room was small and dark but okay. Nice friendly staff. Difficult to find parking in the hotel car park as it is near bars and lots of people use it who are not staying in the hotel. The pool was small and very young male heavy - not for us. It is convenient for walking to a couple of bars and a small shopping centre."

"We are so unhappy with the check in experience... the queue is horrible and the room was not ready at 4:30.. they offer a lower quality room otherwise we have to wait for 30 min so they clean the room.. we did not come to manama to spend most of time waiting for horrible hotel management The lady who was serving us was answering the phone while we talk We asked to talk to the manager several time.. he hardly spoke to us without finding a solution... like if we are asking for favor We have an...
