Mercure Hotel is a very good hotel, clean,room is big ,friendly stuff specially the concierge .the location of the hotel is very convenient because it's in the middle of the two big mall of Bahrain ( seef mall and city center). There's only one negative thing they don't have shampoo and conditioner even they mention it in the room amenities but they have body lotion. I had to go and buy shampoo and conditioner. Definitely im coming back i really enjoyed my stayed there.

Limited plugs and not Gulf standards Unavailability of towels and when provided it was dirty damaged as if it s used Entering room without permission Remote control for TV was not available Praying rug was not available Slippers were not available Floors were sticky Some windows cannot be closed The only good things I can say are the room was big and the bill boys were fantastic

出張で朝食付きプランで5泊しました。 部屋は清掃が行き届いており，非常に清潔感があり，室内は，ミーティングルーム，応接室，デスク，キッチン，寝室，水回りは１つの部屋にあり，シャワールーム，バスルーム，トイレ，洗面台が備わっています。 　Accorグループ会員ならば，屋上にあるフィットネス，プールなども活用できます。 　バーレーン空港からホテルまで8バーレーン・ドルで送迎をしていただけます。ホテルへ事前にお伝えしていれば迎えに来てもらえます。 　※私はその制度を知らなかったため， バーレーン国際空港からタクシーで行きました！（次回の糧へ） 　チェックインは翌朝5時までのため，深夜（朝3時）に到着した私にとって，ホテルに到着後，直ぐにホテルで休めるのは，日本のホテルの違いに感激です！　 　 　中東のため，気温の不安がありますが，キッチンにミネラルウォーター2リットル（無料）がご用意されています。毎日、リネン（清掃）の時，補充していただきます。 朝食は6:30〜10:00まで　料理は，ビザ，クレープなど目の前で作っていただきます。 料理の種類は，非常に豊富です。少し柔らかめのフランスパン，食パン（ライ麦，小麦）スイーツ，ジャム（アプリコット，苺など５種類）ナッツ類も豊富 日本でも人気のフムスは数種類あり，日本では，中々バラエティ豊富。 チーズ，オリーヴ，サラダなどもあり，とても充実したバーレーン料理が食べられます。 イスラム教の影響が高い国のため，肉料理は，鶏，牛肉料理です。チキンのソーセージは，濃厚さの中に弾力があり，お勧めです。 ホテルのスタッフは，フィリピン，モーリシャスなどからの移住者も多く，英語でも対応できます。 今回，仕事の関係で，プールやフィットネスジムなどへ訪れることができませんでしたが，次回，再訪した時，ゆっくりヴァカンスを過ごしたいと思います。 ありがとうございました🙇🤗🍀
