"Honestly for the price this place is a bargain. I stayed 3 days two nights and never saw a bug. Heat a/c worked, it was quiet both nights, no body bothered me and smooth check in process. There was no microwave or fridge in the room (probably available) but the food options outside of the room are phenomenal. Great location. Great price. Will return. "

"The property was as advertised. Located in a very quiet neighborhood with a small backyard. Parking was available on street and there was a space available in the back. We were informed of an issue with the garbage disposal before we arrived which did not detract from our ability to enjoy the space.
