Elegant Villa with pool and a nice garden in a modern style in Portocristo:
Elegant Villa with pool and a nice garden in a modern style in the exclusive area of Porto Cristo near to the sea, just a few metres from Cala Murta a small natural beach.



The house is distributed on one floor and has a lower level in the semi - basement with natural light.



Inside the house there is a large comfortable lounge and dining room with the great modern and fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the terrace and a small garden with barbecue.



The house has four bedrooms all with access to terraces, equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans. Two bedrooms with double bed (1.50x1.90cm), a bedroom with two single beds (0.90x1.90cm) and the other one with a bed of 1.35x1.90cm. Three bathrooms (one en suite).



Very comfortable exteriors with a huge porch with outdoor furniture type chillout and ceiling fans overlooking the pool 'infiniti ' will make your stay unforgettable, for sure where they spend a pleasant holidays and evenings with the charm of mediterranean nights.



For golf players there are four different golf courses within proximity 10 km: Pula Golf, Golf Son serveraa 10-15 minutos uno del otro Golf Canyamely Capdepera Golf.



Porto Cristo is taking a walk at least two kilometers of walking, and also the famous Caves of Drach are halfway.

Great Villa, great location
This property was spacious, clean and had great facilities. It has everything you need. It is in a great location with a 15-20 minute walk to the bars, restaurants and the harbour area. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

Ein tolles Haus, es war so wie wir es uns vorgestellt haben.
Die Villa Murta können wir guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in dem sehr gut ausgestatteten Haus. Trotzdem gib es einige Wermutstropfen. Die Kaffeemaschine entspricht nicht dem, was man sich darunter vorstellt. Die Maschine schaltet sich immer wieder automatisch aus. Leider waren auch die Ständer für die Sonnenschirme defekt. Dies ist aber auch schon alles und würde uns nicht davon abhalten, die Villa Murta wieder zu buchen. Das Haus liegt ruhig und ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß vom Hafen Porto Cristo entfernt.
