Welcome to this simple holiday home with private pool and rural atmosphere.

Your holiday home offers a peaceful and natural environment for a relaxing stay on Mallorca. The simple but functional furnishings ensure an authentic experience away from the tourist hustle and bustle. The accommodation is ideal for nature lovers and anyone who wants to spend a holiday in a traditional setting. The interior of the house is simply but attractively furnished. The living room has comfortable seating and offers a relaxed atmosphere. You can prepare and enjoy meals together in the open-plan kitchen with dining area.

Outside, a private pool awaits you to cool off on hot days. The terrace invites you to sunbathe, while the garden with its seating offers ideal conditions for a relaxed breakfast outdoors or dinner under the stars. A barbecue area is also available.

Go hiking or cycling in the countryside, discover charming villages with their local markets or visit the nearby beaches for a day trip to the sea.

Das Objekt lag ca. 1 km von Porto Cristo entfernt umgeben von Orangen- und Zitronenanlagen, recht idyllisch. Allerdings leben dort ca. 60 Hühner und auch einige Hähne, die morgens um 5 Uhr zu krähen begannen, 10 m vom Haus entfernt.Das Haus ist ungepflegt, es roch moderig und in der Küche tummelten sich immer wieder Kakalaken. Das Geschirr war schmutzig, die Küche alt und verkommen. Die Krönung war, dass es nachts bei heftigem Regen in dem Zimmer, in dem unser Sohn mit unserem 4-jährigen Enkel übernachtete, durch regnete. Das Bett war durchnässt und wir haben im Topf das Wasser gesammelt. Erst nach Aufforderung am nächsten Abend haben wir eine neue Matratze und Bettzeug bekommen. Der Vermieter meinte, wir können ja die nächste Nacht oben auf der Terrasse einen Behälter für das Regenwasser aufstellen. Zum Glück regnete es nicht mehr. Auch wenn der Vermieter freundlich war und wir Eier und Orangen bekamen, können wir das Haus nicht empfehlen. Wir sind Ferienhaus erprobt und nicht besonders pingelig, aber das übertraf jegliche unangenehmen Erfahrungen.

Maison ancienne mais confortable Environnement très agréable Beaucoup de linge (draps, serviettes ....) à disposition ce qui est trés bien . Bon accueil à l arrivée.
