Studio SUR 35 sqm + 30 sqm covered terrace

The "Studio Sur" is our smallest unit with about 37 square meters of living space. The ideal layout of the living / sleeping area with kitchenette and a shower bath allows a pleasant stay. In the kitchenette you can easily prepare a little. There is a holco grill on the spacious covered terrace. The terrace with about 30 square meters will be the second living room.
