"A lovely place to stay. The staff looked after me fabulously, coming to check i was OK and using my name. Breakfast was in a beautiful courtyard with gorgeous flowers. The whole hotel was full of amazing antique furniture. You can walk into the main square around the corner in 5 minutes. I loved staying here"

Lovely Casa close to the centre of Trinidad

"Stayed for a few nights, while exploring Trinidad. The host was really friendly, sweet and helpful. You can tell she really enjoys the company of travellers and sharing some time with them, while also respecting your space. The room is clean and spacious, and being on the hospital circuit, you won't loose power despite the power outages in the rest of the city. This is a big plus for thebhit cuban nights. "

"The owner was always available. When there was a power outage he had batteries so there were always lights. When I needed it he hooked up a fan that kept my room comfortable and it ran off the batteries when there was no electricity. Also they have a gas stove so can always cook. The owner was very caring and helpful and wanted to make sure I was happy."

"They are a very friendly, honest, and helpful family. They speak several languages, including German. We could barely have gotten along without their assistance in booking a flight and getting Internet access. Note that currently, bring dollars or euros to pay them and anything else. The exchange into pesos is complex and a ripoff introduced by the cash-strapped government in a declining economy. "

Great place to stay

"We enjoyed our stay, our hosts were friendly and welcoming. They served a delicious welcome drink when we got settled into our room. Breakfast is extra but a great variety and delicious food. Great location. We would definitely recommend the hostal. Thanks so much for your lovely hospitality."
