This cabin was very cozy and the mattress in this cabin...is the best mattress I have ever slept on. Had the camp ground to ourselves and enjoyed the warm shower in the bath house. Would recommend the place to everyone I know. Will come back again.

We loved the cabin. It had everything we needed other than coffee pods. But that was not a problem, we just ran to the local Dollar General and purchased some. It was a great get away.
The renting process was easy. The property and cabin were well maintained and the description was accurate. My communications with the host were friendly and pleasant. Overall a very good experience. I Highly recommend staying at this property for a pleasant and peaceful experience.
We were pleased with the small cabin and the owner and caretaker were friendly and helpful. The shared bathroom area had clothing from the people in the other cabin and had to get out of bed at 11 pm to assure loud music was turned down. The property is nice if you do not mind a short stroll to a restroom w/ shower. Property was nice and expanding soon.

Pictures aren't accurate!!
The cabin was clean, cute, with all the necessities....except a bathroom! The pictures of the cabin show a toilet and shower stall - it is not in this cabin!! Or anywhere. The bathrooms were clean, just a good walk (40 steps?) from the cabin. The showers, however, were not clean, so much so that my friend wouldn't even let me look. I know it's off-season, but still would expect a clean place to shower.
We did have a great time overall. The place was nice and clean, had everything we needed and wasn't too far from a dollar general. The only thing that I would have changed was the windows. I was traveling alone with my two daughters and being in an unknown area I was concerned with the windows because there was no locking feature on any of the 3 windows. That is the only thing that I would have changed. Windows need locks.
Cute and comfy little cabin for 2. Wouldn't recommend more than 2. The fold out futon is very squeaky loud and not very comfortable. The shower house, as in other reviews, needs a little renovation, and only hot water for one. But it's right off the main road. The address I found on the web site was incorrect, but I found the correct one in an email and the owner was easy to contact.

It does have a Television, we plugged a thumb drive into it and watched movies. It has a K-cup coffee maker, FYI. No can opener. And it does have wifi, but it did not work. You can get a phone signal from the bathroom area.
Great concept just needs a little bit better design
Needs bigger water heater hot water only last 10 minutes or less needs two showers instead of one had to wait 30 minutes between showers
No hot water in unit only cold water
Upon arrival we realized the bathrooms were a good distance from the cabin, which wasn't clearly stated. Being seniors the risk was to great walking around outdoors at night to use the restroom. The cabin was clean and cute. But had to find more suitable accommodations for our age.
Perfect location for going to the spring river or to downtown Hardy if you want to. The cabins were all nice for a weekend stay and great for families to rent together.
We had an awesome stay in the big cabin-and the small cabins are very nice, too! We originally rented the 40 steps cabin, but didn’t realize the bathrooms were in a separate building. I’m a disabled veteran and use a wheelchair outside the house, and could not make the walk to the bathroom. Chris came right over to open up the big cabin for us and we had an amazing stay! The cabin we originally rented was newly finished and very nice. The cabin is older but in great shape! It got chilly while we were here and Chris came right over and turned the pilot light on to the heater so we could use it. There were coffee basics (a lot left by other renters), and dishes with a refrigerator, stove and dishwasher. Worked well for us since we eat at family’s or out and run the whole time while we visit. The linens and pots were a little skimpy if you wanted to cook an actual meal-but plenty of skillets and other stuff...The back porch and HUGE fire pit area are really nice! All in all, we were very pleased with our stay.
