The room was clean and efficient. The MOST IMPORTANT problem was safety. The entrance door to the room with the deadbolt DID NOT work. There was a large space in the striker plate. If you pushed the door, there was a 1/2 gap. We informed the front desk and he had no concerns with the problem. He did not even offer to place us into another room.

The parking entrance is steep if you have a car with a low clearance. There is parking in front and on the side of the property. But it can be icy if you don't have 4-wheel drive.

I was a bit hesitant at first hoping I wouldn’t get catfish by the hotel but over all wasn’t bad it was nice and the bathroom mirror was really nice too and the room as well! I would come and stay here again for my next snow trip!

Searched and filtered for a hotel with a hot tub. Chose this hotel. Hot tub was inoperable and had been for a long time. Never disclosed prior or after booking. Expedia is equally to blame.

Power was down and kept us awake with no heat, noisy beeping of power grid cycling off and on. Hot tub was empty, breakfast is in a bsemwet area the was really outdated.
