Nice 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condo located in the popular Summit Complex next to Eagle Lodge and Sierra Star Golf Course. A short walk to skiing or golfing and a short drive or shuttle ride to shopping, grocery stores and restaurants. Enter the property by taking the stairs to the second floor from the parking garage. There is a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, spacious living room, one private bedroom and bathroom. The living room has a sectional couch with a foldout bed, a pellet stove and access to the deck overlooking the pool, the dining room seats 4 with additional seating at the kitchen bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and supplies to cook during your stay. The bedroom has a cozy queen bed, a small TV and plenty of storage. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo and one sink. The Summit Complex features a summer heated pool, BBQ Area, tennis courts, horseshoe pits and year around Jacuzzis and a fitness center. There is one parking spot available in the covered parking garage 6'9". No additional parking available onsite. TOML-CPAN-15853
