Very tired and needs a major deep clean and refresh
The place is worn out, abused and needs a refresh and deep clean. The place is kept "clean" by a management company but they are only doing basic surface cleaning. For example the carpet in the bedrooms is filthy, you can see the dirt. So were the walls and other surfaces. Things are generally janky. Like opening the windows took two people to force the windows open with all the dirt in the tracks. Random assortment of mismatched kitchenware, no kettle also didn't help. Tiny TVs in the bedrooms. It looks like the owners used to live there and then moved out and decided to VRBO it and spend as little as possible on maintenance and updates. We actually cut our stay short and left a day earlier because it was so grubby in the apartment. We contacted the management company and the said they will update the owners but they made no effort to accommodate us or even offer a refund. Like there should be no cleaning fee.

Good Location mediocre accommodations
We arrived and the door code wouldn’t work. Had to call help line. Once inside it was unpleasant. This place needs minor and major upgrades. Simple things like the awful bedding. It really is what is in the photo. The 1970 bed quilts have survived to 2023. Each bed has one tiny pillow. The closets were full of junk. Unorganized and messy. Even if you wanted to hang something there was one hanger. The walls could use some paint badly. The floor was just filthy dirty. Not a good place if you have very young children who crawl or will need to be on ground often. The carpet in bedrooms I wouldn’t trust barefoot. The dog bed stunk to high heaven. The dishes in the kitchen were mix match and worn out. If you stay here bring your own mugs. Everything here look like old used garage sale rejects. Tiny little tea cups as coffee mugs. Everything is pretty much beat up and cheap hanging on its last leg. The TVs are smaller than my computer monitors for work. Why even have them? The cherry on top is the hot water situation. No joke - barely enough hot water to allow one person a 5 minute shower. You have to stagger showers by at least 30 minutes if multiple people plan on bathing. If you can overlook all that the location is good. Short drive to main lodge for snow activities. Lots of places to eat nearby. Property manager was out clearing the parking lot from massive amounts of snow every day for hours!

Not the best for the money.
I received a text message the day before we were supposed to arrive saying the check in time was being pushed back two hours, with no explanation. The late time meant we would arrive after dark and when it was supposed to snow. When we were almost at the location, about 5 pm, I saw a text from management company thanking us for staying at the location and that our check in time was back to 4 instead of 6. I also received the code for the door lock. When we arrived, in the snow and dark, it took over 30 minutes to locate our condo because of very poor lighting and condo numbers not observable in the dark. I tried the code I had received and it did not work. We tried for about 15 minutes while making a call to management which they never answered, I finally sent a text message to the one I had received earlier and got a response in a couple minutes. I was told someone would call me and I was given a new door code which worked after several tries. The condo itself was not bad except for a lot of dirt under the couches, very old and skinny pillows , a coffee maker that leaked. We were suppose to empty all the trash on our departure but could not get the dumpster open due to the amount of snow on it. In a nut shell, for the price, I would never stay there again.

Great Comfortable Condo
The condo was as described. It was great for our family and dog. The condo was spacious, well stocked kitchen to do our own cooking and it was great to have two full bathrooms. My only complaint is that one of the night a neighbor was playing very loud music around bedtime for my kids. It didn't really keep us up but it was a little annoying. They did turn it off around 10 pm.

Rooms are very small; screens for 'TV' are very, very small; missing remotes, floor was very dirty;
The cost was too high for these accommodations.

Over priced with terrible service and accommodations
Let’s start at the beginning... check in was at 4pm. We got off the mtn and arrived at 3:30. Called Jillian at the grand welcome property management for an early check in. They said we would have to wait 15 mins or be charged an extra $60. So we waited. The door code still didn’t work. Called back. Said we had to wait another 15 mins. 4pm rolls around. Code still didn’t work. Had to call us back with a new code. Finally we’re in. Kitchen was nice but that’s about it. Other frustrations included the bunk bed having 110lb weight restriction; which didn’t work for the adults staying with us. Took the matresss off and threw it on the floor. Terrible lack of bedding and towels. The jacuzzi was cold (literally was shivering while we were in it)... for that price, we would have been better off staying at a hotel. At least they would have had fresh towels and a warm jacuzzi. Avoid this place at all costs.

Great Condo!
We had an awesome stay and would stay again. Clean, quiet, and great location. 5 minutes from Mammoth village and 2 more minutes to Canyon Lodge. Right down the road from Vons and plenty of places to eat. After a long day of spring snowboarding, we enjoyed the hot tub. We started a fire the first night, but was too warm the next 3. Was really nice. We would stay here again. Thanks!

Great Location... not so great bedding and odors
Good spot. Carpets should be replaced with flooring to alleviate odors. Bedding needs to upgraded to avoid waking up stiff. HDMI cable missing for TV.

Need new mattress and bedding
Overall the condo was ok, the only draw back were the beds very old and no comfortable and bedding was thin and old. The bedroom carpets were stained. It was very close to grocery store and resturants.

3.5 stars
We stayed here two nights, and stayed pretty comfortably, with few issues.... Pros: nice kitchen and living room furnishings/ appliances. stayed warm, despite subzero temps outside. the neighbors were nice and didn't complain about the noise we made. 8.5 out of 10 on the clean scale. location is excellent for bus stop and Nik and Willies. hot tub and sauna are very close to this unit. unit is downstairs. fridge puts out good ice and water smelled very clean. decor was appealing. wifi worked well. Cons: outside of unit (complex) seems dated compared to inside. the beds need to be evaluated for quality. not very many hangers in the closets TV was a little on the small side.

Great stay!!!
The accommodations were updated and spacious! Love that the kitchen and living space was in an open floor space. The bar ledge was perfect for snacks throughout the evening. Extremely convenient proximity to Vons as well. I would recommend and stay again!

Very clean and comfortable condo. Worked great for our family if 5 and a couple of guests.
We had a great time over Christmas with our family of 3 young adult sons. Very clean and well equipped condo. Comfy beds, plenty of hot water and lovely wood burning fire. Beautiful kitchen that worked really well within the open plan condo. The cooks were never out if the action. Well situated in the town and a short drive to the slopes.
