Beautiful Lakefront Home with lake access!

Beautiful house located on Nolin River Lake. Sleeps 8-10 with plenty of parking. The house features two large decks one with a deck level hot tub and the other is a covered outdoor kitchen with running water during warm months. There is a washer and dryer available. Mammoth Cave is approximately 20 minute drive. Moutardier Marina has pontoon and jet ski rentals. The closest boat ramp is in the neighborhood within a five minute drive. Blue Holler Off-road Park is 10 minute drive. Shady Hollow Golf course 8 miles away! Come and enjoy life at the lake!

Please be advised! Nolin Lake is owned by the US Army Corps of Engineers. It is used for flood control. The best access for the lake is during the summer months. the Corps raises the lake for the summer starting in April and typically stays at “summer pool” until early October. Winter pool is 25-30 feet below summer pool. Which makes the lake inaccessible during winter months. During rainy seasons the lake has been known to go 25 ft above summer pool. Also making the lake hard to access. We try very hard to keep the access to the lake available but sometimes the levels change drastically and are hard to keep up. We do the best we can.

We came from Wisconsin
The owner was extremely active with communication and made us feel welcomed. We came down just for a get a way and to see the corvette museum. It was a bit of a drive to any gas stations or town, but The view was beautiful and we definitely had a nice peaceful weekend.

Exactly what we were looking for! Property was great and very well kept. Especially loved having my morning coffee on the back deck! Had everything we could ask for and the owner was extremely responsive to any questions we had. Would not hesitate staying here again!

Beautiful cabin
this was a beautiful place the cabin was very clean and stocked with many kitchen items Beds were comfortable and clean we were relaxed and felt right at home The kids even went fishing and caught bluegill and bass We enjoyed the the hot tub and outside kitchen We will definitely be back again!

Lake Stay before Labor Day
Great stay on the lake. It was very quiet while we were there but it was mid‐end of the week and left on a Saturday morning. Visited Mammoth Cave and golfed at Park Mammoth golf course. House has everything you need and plenty of room. Lake is beautiful.

Perfect outdoor area
The outdoor area is perfect with the hot tub and bar. The dock is very nice as well. Kitchen was well equipped. The owner was very responsive to my emails before the trip. Would stay there again.

Quiet Oasis
The property is better than described. Although there were more homes in a closer vicinity than I expected, it was still nice quiet and peaceful. We had everything we needed for a great retreat with our family. Thank you for making us feel right at home.

The perfect get away!
We stayed for my best friends bachelorette and it was perfect! We used the hot tub, grill and fireplace. It’s really spacious and the back deck area looking over the lake is beautiful. We were all talking about coming back in the summer with our kids! It was a great weekend getaway!

Beautiful views
Pros- very well stocked for basic needs plus some extra’s especially in the kitchen. Shower water pressure is awesome towels are thick and soft and plentiful spent most of our time outside on the deck with the beautiful view. Cons- driveway is super steep, grill was not clean was actually pretty nasty, but these things did not put a damper on our good time.

Great property! Plenty of space, had everything we needed, appreciated the supplied paper products and condiments! Jackie provided all the info you needed. Only negative was The area was a odd mix though of vacation cabins and what looked to be abandoned properties .
