Can be noisy at times with the lift/doors closing etc. Great location, we hired Lime scooters which were always parked outside the hotel; got everywhere we needed in Berlin within a 20 minute scooter ride. Polite and helpful staff at front desk. Signed us up as an IHG member to get a later (2pm) checkout for free. Nearby Edeka supermarket was a 3 min scooter ride away which has anything you need. Lots of restaurants on UberEats that deliver to hotel. Uber to/from airport is 35 min journey for €40-50. Thanks again. "
