"Location is unbeatable - lots of cool’stuff nearby and close to train. The apartment is clean and spacious and well stocked with cleaning supplies and pretty much everything you need (no toiletries). Of note - the apt is 4 floors up, 8 flights of stairs - no elevator. It was fine for us, but my husband would have hated it. It is also not “luxurious”, again - fine for us, but basic. The second bedroom is very small as well. There are several Limehomes in the area, don’t know how it compares...

"The place had everything as described and was just right for our needs. Attentive host, easy check-in and check out. Cleanliness was excelent. As other reviews already mentioned, the stairs were a bit narrow and you have to slowly climb them and be extra attentive."

"This is a fantastic place to stay , perfect for train / tram / underground access , lovely neighbourhood and a 10/10 apartment . Very high quality and wouldn’t hesitate in booking again . The only very minor grumble is the trains rumble under the hotel , if you sleep lightly (like me) it did keep me awake but it did not spoil my stay in anyway "

"This property was fantastic. The communication we received before, during and after our stay was great. So much thought went into everything, complementary drinks when we arrived, and thank you gift on leaving. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean and had everything you could need. We are a family of 6 (4 children) and they have already asked if we can stay at Bensimon if we ever visit Berlin again! Can’t recommend it highly enough, thank you!"

"The accommodation was good for what we needed - excellent location for transport links, station is 3 min walk. Shopping centre across the road to buy food/drink.
