The Space:
The main bedroom with its walk-in wardrobe and ensuite offers plenty of space, while the additional rooms with built-in wardrobes offer plenty of storage and flexibility.

The main living area’s oversized lounge, dining room, and kitchen that opens up to a deck with a bay view is the perfect place for both relaxing and entertaining.

Located next to the Three66 Espresso Bar in Lilli Pilli is a great perk for coffee lovers.

Guest Access:
Please note that access to this property is only via a ramp, as there are no stairs. You will have exclusive access to the entire top floor of the home, the main double garage, and the driveway. However, please be aware that there may be other guests staying downstairs who will have access to the single garage and the garden areas, and they will use their own separate entrance. There is no access between the upstairs and downstairs areas in this dual key configuration. If you need to accommodate more guests, you can book the entire property, which is listed on our website under the name "Wavy Weekends, Entire Waterfront House.

There is an upstairs and a downstairs to this home, which are each self-contained and offered separately.

If you would like the entire house (both floors) to yourself, please let us know. We can accommodate up to 5 more people downstairs subject to availability and for an extra fee.

Interaction with Guests:
We give our guests complete privacy but are on hand if needed.
