Every member of the staff went above and beyond to ensure our experience was unforgettable, and we truly felt cared for throughout our time at the resort. A special thank you to Chef Harsha for his incredible food and warm hospitality. The meals were nothing short of spectacular, and we truly appreciated the effort he put into every dish. We also want to extend our thanks to Una, Choppe, Sai, and Max (the coconut tree climber) — all of whom left a lasting impression on us with their kindness and genuine warmth. You have such heart-touching people on your team! We have a small suggestion: It would be wonderful to see fresh juice options like papaya, mango, coconut, and fresh lemon available in the restaurant daily. Many of the guests, particularly from Australia and New Zealand, don't have easy access to tropical fruits, and I’m sure they’d appreciate the refreshing addition of fresh tropical juices. Lastly, while we loved the overall experience, the gardening area could be made more attractive to enhance the overall ambiance. Overall, it’s an excellent resort, and we will always look back on our stay fondly. Thank you again for everything!"

"Loved our time there. The beach isn’t great. Best way to experience the clear Fiji waters is to take a snorkeling or day trip. Pools are wonderful. Service, beds, and rooms are nice. It’s pretty expensive to eat there, but a small shop a short walk away is a great place to get a few snacks, etc. A nearby restaurant called the Olive Tree is a good alternative. My only complaint is the serving utensils tend to get sticky or greasy on the breakfast buffet. I’d suggest they replace them frequently to avoid transmitting illnesses. We had a wonderful time! "

"Loved our stay! As an Expedia member, we were able to get upgraded to a beautiful 1 room suite. We walked in and had a bottle of wine with dessert on our table. The room was modern, very clean and very spacious. Had a very comfortable bed and a soaking tub. The staff were so friendly. Restaurant was great! All was perfect!"

"The resort was awesome for our family. Kids/teens club had a great mix of activities to keep the kids busy. Good range of gear supplied for snorkeling, paddle boarding, kayaking. Fishing and diving arranged via the resort, pick up from the dock. Rooms were great, beds super comfy, air con good quality, really clean and tidy. In general the resort team put in alot of effort to look after us, the kids made some great friends within the team, we highly recommend Malolo Resort. "
