Villa Ane near the beach

Villa Ane is located in Malinska, just a few steps from Rova beach. It extends over 3 floors, 2 of them with 2 separate apartments. Each apartment consists of 2 double rooms, bathroom with shower, guest toilet, kitchen, dining area and living room. On the 1st On the first floor there is a furnished balcony with sea view and on the ground floor terrace with pool view. In the basement there is a small fitness room, an additional bathroom and a laundry. All beds are extra long and suitable for very tall people. The house is also equipped with satellite TV and WiFi. It is surrounded by flowers and bushes and there is a small meadow behind the house.
