"Visited off season the hotel was very quiet and the main pool was closed for refurbishment. If I had known I would have cancelled my booking. The check in staff focused on my wife giving her all the info and the bill, which I thought was odd but not a deal breaker. "I visited The One during off season and covid mitigation rules, and due to this circunstances, I was surprisingly the only customer in the whole large resort. I got very warm welcome and free upgrade to a seafront apartment. Nothing major to complain other than the TV in the apartment did not work, neither did the wifi for some occasions.
