‘Everest’ is only 3km to the Maleny town centre and within close range to a fabulous selection of restaurants and bars including Spicers Tamarind, The Terrace Seafood Restaurant, BrouHaHa Brewery and Restaurant, Frank Food and Wine, King Ludwigs, Sukothai, Daawat Indian and Spill Wine. Maleny Food Co can provide delicious hampers and the town is home to many excellent cafés including Monica's, Sarah’s Unplugged, Concept, Whit 'n ' Whimsy, Maple 3 and Maleny Food Co.

'Everest' is much loved by wedding go-ers for it’s stunning gardens, which are perfect for photography. Nearby wedding venues include Tiffanys, The Old Dairy, The Little White Wedding Church, The Orchard and Maleny Manor.

ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION

‘Everest’ provides private and separate apartment-style ground-level accommodation for two to nine guests with 24sq m of non-shared living flowing out onto wrap-around terraces and stunning gardens. There is the choice of three beautifully appointed bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a full kitchen. The owners, when in Maleny, choose to use the first floor.

The BEDROOMS all have stunning garden outlooks, featuring queen-sized beds, high ceilings, fans, heaters and tiled floors. The eastern bedroom offers delightful garden views through glass sliding doors. The middle bedroom is spacious with a picture garden window. The third bedroom has direct access to a private courtyard setting and is ideally suited for a family of three, with a queen and a king single. Quality pure cotton bedlinen is provided.

The LIVING-DINING area offers spacious casual entertaining with Italian terracotta floor tiles and a large vintage white leather sofa plus an extra pull-out sofa for more guests. A well-stocked bookshelf provides hours of reading and the space flows seamlessly into the garden via a clever moving wall. The room also has a large dining table and smart TV.

BATHROOM 1 features a relaxing heated deep spa bath as well as a shower and toilet.

BATHROOM 2 has a shower, toilet and make-up vanity.

The KITCHEN is fully equipped, with a refrigerator, fan-forced oven, hotplate and microwave, crockery, cutlery and more.
A welcoming bottle of wine/champagne and a platter of local cheese will help you unwind on your arrival, or make yourself a coffee from your own coffee machine.
Tea and excellent coffee are provided along with local Maleny Milk and Continental breakfast supplies and if guests would like extra supplies this can easily be arranged, just let us know and we can order it for you.

The GROUNDS - On arrival, guests are greeted by a level, tennis court-sized, grassy playing/photo area, much loved for wedding photography. Discover water features, bird baths, a Tuscan-style courtyard and many other private spots to sit and enjoy the peace and quiet and bird life that visit.

The GARDEN PAVILLION is ideal for balmy nights outside to enjoy alfresco dining. A large BBQ is available for you to cook your own meals and overlooks the gardens. There is pétanque, quoits and other games to enjoy.

The GAZEBO is a relaxing spot to sit and enjoy a glass of wine and is covered in grape vines at certain times of the year. During cooler months the FIRE PIT is a wonderful spot to gather and enjoy the starry sky. Firewood is provided.

'Everest' GARDENS have been created for ever-changing seasons, compelling one to discover their true delight. If you have a passion for flowers, flora, plants and trees you will not be disappointed by the variety. There are too many species of plants to mention, but the azaleas, huge camellias, orchids, heliconias, hydrangeas, and more will delight you during your stay.

The ORCHARD when in season has a variety of fruits for you to savour on your stay, including juicy oranges, mandarins, lemons and grapefruit.
