Apartment (100sqm) open all year, ( CIN IT023045B422TQ2DO8) built in 2015 about 90 meters from the center of Malcesine, 400 meters from the lake, in a quiet area. It is about 50 meters from the supermarket and the bus station.
It has: 2 double bedrooms, one with bunk bed, bathroom with shower, kitchen with utensils (oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, microwave), large living room, flat screen television with satellite programs, large terrace with table and chairs and a private parking space right in front of the apartment. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, electric shutters, sheets and towels. Cot for small children and high chair. The particularity of the apartment is the central location but at the same time quiet, you can easily reach the castle, the cable car station, the port of Malcesine where you can through the boats reach all other places of Lake Garda. WI-Fi included. The tourist-fee euro 2,00 per person per day ( 14 age old) and the cleaning euro 70,00 aren't included. You can pay before your departure.

Perfect!
Great place, we had a wonderful time (Kids 0 and 3). The terrace-view directed to the lake is actually very nice, something you do not necessarily expect based on the pictures. We hope we will have the chance to come again!

Lovely apartment is a great location
We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. We found it clean, modern and spacious with all the amenities you need for a great break. Stefania was so helpful and could not have made us more welcome. The location is fantastic, 2 minutes walk from the supermarket and 5 minutes from the historic centre / harbour of Malcesine, and there is space to park in front of the apartment. We did a lot of research to find the best place to stay in Lake Garda and we were not disappointed with Malcesine, which is on the North East side of the lake, it is so dramatic with the lake in front of you and mountains behind you. From the harbour you can easily get boats to other parts of the lake, there are numerous lovely restaurants, and you can visit the castle. You can also walk to the 360 rotating cable car will take you up in to the mountains. We highly recommend the apartment and we hope to come back some day.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung
Hat alles sehr gut gepasst. Die Kommunikation mit Stefania, die Übergabe vor Ort, alles so wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Parkplatz vor dem Haus. W-Lan einwandfrei. Schöne Raumaufteilung, alles ordentlich und sauber. Dazu ausreichend Platz mit der Möglichkeit der Terrasse, passt einfach alles. Gerne wieder.

Absolut tolle Wohnung
1A Wohnung und Lage. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Im unteren Geschoss ist eine Massagepraxis, das obere Geschoss ist eine top eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Alles war vorhanden, wie im Inserat angegeben. 2 Geh-Minuten zum großen Eurospar Supermarkt, und wenige Minuten zur Altstadt. Leider war während unseres Aufenthalts (13.-19.04.24) die Baustelle unmittelbar angrenzend in vollem Gange, spätestens ab 7:00 ging es los mit Bohren und Hämmern. Langschläfer durfte man nicht sein. Bei der Abreise erfuhren wir, dass im Sommer lärmintensive Baustellen in Tourismuszentren geschlossen sind. Stefania ist unglaublich hilfsbereit und freundlich, eine ausgesprochen zuvorkommende Gastgeberin.

Sehr schöne und saubere Ferienwohnung in toller Lage
Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden was benötigt wird. Die Lage ist perfekt. Supermarkt, Hafen und Zentrum sind zu Fuß problemlos zu erreichen und trotzdem ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig gelegen.

Perfekter Urlaub mit Kindern.
Es hat einfach alles gepasst. Wir hatten 1 klein Kind und Baby. Es war sehr wichtig für uns dass wir überall mit Kinderwagen gehen konnten. Die Ferienwohnung hat wirklich perfekter Platz. Wir haben unseres Auto nicht gebraucht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist in zwei Schritten,der Stadt und See auch. Stefania ist gute Gastgeberin. Ich bedanke mich herzlich. Wir kommen gerne noch mal.

Herrlicher Urlaub
Die Wohnung war prima: das hübsche Haus, die extrem gut ausgestattete Küche, das stylische Bad, die bequeme, breite Couch, die tolle Aussicht auf See und Berge und die Nähe zum Zentrum von Malcesine. tolle Zentrumsnahe Wohnung
Uns hat die Unterkunft in Ausstattung und Lage sehr gut gefallen. Das Auto musste man die ganze Zeit nicht bewegen da die Wohnung sehr nah dem Zentrum lag. Der Check In verlief völlig unkompliziert. Wenn ein zukünftiger Urlaub am Gardasee geplant wird, werden wir auf jeden Fall diese Unterkunft einplanen.

Beautiful stay
We loved our place. Everything was well stocked and clean. It was in the perfect location and at the end of a day in town or at the beautiful lake it was the perfect place to come home to. Wunderbare ruhige Wohnung mit viel Platz, sehr gut ausgestattet, nah am Zentrum mit toller Aussicht auf den See. Auch wenn unser Aufenthalt nur kurz war, sind wir gut erholt zurückgekehrt, weil einfach alles gepasst hat. Auch die Wohnungsübergabe war unkompliziert dank Stefania, die alles rund um die Wohnung prima regelt und außerdem sehr sympathisch ist! Wir hoffen, bald wiederkommen zu können.

Unterkunft schöner als beschrieben!
Wir waren zu fünft für 4 Tage dort, traumhaft! Der Seeblick aus der Küche wird gar nicht erwähnt, das war ein Highlight. Stefania ist super nett und es ist alles sehr unkompliziert und flexibel, wie z.B unser Check-In um 21 Uhr. Die Lage der Wohnung, die Ausstattung usw. Alles Top. Wir kommen wieder 😇

Eine wunderschöne Ferienwohnung
Wir können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. :-) Es ist wirklich alles da was man braucht und es gibt sehr viel Platz. Die Sauberkeit war ebenfalls hervorragend. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet (zentral aber ruhig) und man hat sogar Seeblick. Auch die Vermieterin ist super nett und herzlich. Wir hatten dort wirklich eine tolle Zeit.

Brilliant holiday sons wedding at castle .
The only problem we had I thought everything was paid for to be hit with a 73eueros was disappointed I think this should of been in the bill when I paid it months . A bit disappointed .

Ruhig und doch zentral
Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll und schön eingerichtet und bietet viel Platz. Sympathisch ist auch die Solaranlage auf dem Dach. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Supermarkt und Altstadt sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt, dennoch ist die Lage sehr ruhig. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
