"By far the nicest resort we have been to and it’s a must!! The resort is stunning and very large with all necessary amenities ! They also provide shuttle services & speedboat to and from the airport which is a very pleasant experience. There is also a complimentary shuttle service to the downtown area which is very walkable once you reach the drop off point. The rooms (we booked Deluxe Suite with Seaview) are gorgeous, very spacious and clean! The dining options are also very nice and provide a variety of foods. The breakfast buffet is incredible as well! The team is very attentive and caring. When we arrived our luggage didn’t make the transit so they prepared a care package with all essentials until our bags came! It’s also impressive how they remember you despite the size of the resort and large number of guests. They got familiar with our preferences and made our stay very enjoyable! Highly recommend the Shangri-La Resort in Boracay!"

"this is the hotel we always stay at when we stay at White Beach in Boracay...always sincere and attentive service from the staff (special mention to Keem), rooms were good sized, pool and amenities were great. If there was any criticism, it would be more extensive menu at the restaurant but not a big deal as so many options in other nearby places if you dont want to eat in the hotel... 5 star as always"
