Außergewöhnliche Ferienwohnung in zentraler Lage
Die Ferienwohnung ist kürzlich erst umgebaut worden und steht erst seit 07.24 zur Anmietung zur Verfügung. Der Vermieter hat den Umbau selber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gemacht. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Wohn-/Essbereich mit einem sehr modernen und an einer Profiküche orientierten Ausstattung, mit einem Tresen, Esstisch und einer Couchlandschaft zur entsprechenden Entspannung. Die Klimaanlage stellt auch bei hohen Außentemperaturen ein angemessenes Raumklima jederzeit sicher. Das Vermieterehepaar ist sehr motiviert und fragt Optimierungsvorschläge aktiv an. Die Lage ist in Malaucene sehr zentral.
