"We loved our stay at Horta Redonda. It is a charming rural house about 10 minutes outside Estremoz surrounded by vineyards, sheep and other agriculture. Very peaceful and quiet. A beautiful setting.The house is very comfortable with an artful interior design. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The kitchen is well appointed. The outdoor courtyard and sun deck are very comfortable with beautiful views.Teresa, our host, was very responsive and friendly. She was wonderful with suggestions on things to see and places to go.This house is located in a perfect location to take day trips and easily drive around the countryside.We loved it!Bill and Jennifer"

"The place was really beautiful and quiet. The balcony was a plus as you could relax there. The staff were very attentive. Leonel was especially sweet and thoughtful when we requested to take our order from the bar to our room. He carried 2 trays of food to our room, even though room service wasn’t available."

"We absolutely loved our time here! The house was perfect for us - beautifully traditional and with everything we needed. We visited in late December and found it so peaceful. We loved making fires at night, sleeping late, looking at the millions of stars in the dark sky, feeding the donkeys and enjoying the views over cups of tea and glasses of wine. Miguel was so helpful in suggestions for things to do - we had a delicious dinner in Estramoz at Gardanha. The Alentejo region is beautiful and so full of things to explore - I could not imagine a better home base than Casas St Rita. My teenage boys were sad to leave and we would love to return. Miguel made us feel welcome like family - it was a very special time we will remember forever."

"A super cool campsite, really good conditions, comfortable and great views! We stayed at Neptune bungalow and it was great, amazing sunrise view to the lake. Safe, quiet, friendly staff, surrounded by nature. A really family friendly environment, would definitely come back. Plenty of parking spaces. "
