"Very beautiful hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms maintained really well. Breakfast buffet had a great selection. Bar prices were a little high compared to the local area but that what you expect in a 5 star hotel. The only thing I didn’t really rate was the value for money of the use of the spa. The massage was great but the use of the water circuit was overpriced for what it is."

"Great location, hotel need some renovations was ok not bad need to improve renovation on lighting in the room to forward in your face when in bed. Bed frame not so stable very weak. Additional bed was good. Shower need needs a good plumber to fix leaks. Good breakfast "

"I’d give this hotel 4.5 out of 5. They catered for our needs (two adults and a 10 month old) really well. With a room facing the bullring it was quiet and peaceful during our stay in March. Maybe also due to the majority of the clientele being more mature in age. Breakfast is reasonable, it didn’t seem to change over the 5 days we were there but enough choice. The gym is well equipped for a good workout. The Promessa restaurant looks very nice but with a 10 month old not really the place...
