Really nice place, would stay again.
Nice apartment. Spacious. Great location, very central. Bed was comfy. Walk in shower was amazing. Apartment was furnished with all required amenities. Because of the location the road noise coukd sometimes be a bit koud but its worth it for the location. I'd definitely stay here again, really nice place.

Very central location (walking distance from port, cathedral, old town...). Noisy road if you want to sleep with windows open though... Check in was weird. They allow same day bookings but they were not easy to contact at all to arrange the check in. They shouldn't accept same day bookings if they are going to be contactable during check in hours, that was my only complain. Eventually hotels.com managed to contact them after several attempts by us and them, just before moving us to another accommodation. I was given a code to access the block, went upstairs and found the flat's door completely open with keys in, but nobody there to welcome us, just someone making excuses about the lack of contact over the phone. It was off putting to be honest. However, the apartment was nice, very big and comfortable bed and nice shower. Bathroom was clean but smelly due to lack of ventilation. Didn't use the kitchen as only stayed one night so cannot comment.

Very tired property. Once glam now shoddy. Advertises balconies but rooms just have large windows with a step into cage, no room to stand let alone a chair. Cigarette burns all over floor in lounge. Lounge chairs filthy dirty arms. Only positive is location and easy check in.

Was met on arrival by person without mask , no social distancing. The apartment was not ready but was allowed to leave my suitcase. Two ladies were cleaning the apartment not wearing any gloves , masks. Totally complacent about COVID situation. The refrigerator was left dirty. I had to clean it and disinfect it. I had a problem with the WiFi and called the vendors number but he didn’t answer or call back. This unit is described as luxury but it was dated and without anything I would call luxurious furniture or fittings. The building is old granted but the whole place was soulless and rustic. The air condition units were noisy and clearly not maintained. Location was perfect and convenient but I would not stay again and was not comfortable about the lack of sanitisation and cleaning

lovely place to stay
very central to shops/port/supermarkets etc Wifi was intermittent but staff soon sorted it you should ask about apartment to make sure you have got what you wanted as the photos and apartments don't tally on hotels.com the sun beds on the roof are only for two apartment so hotel.com should take the photo off- the manager did ask them but they haven't so far ask how to work the cooker rings etc they give you a wonderful map to find your way around staff are wonderful don't bother with red bus tour as for 20 e each you will have walked to most of the places anyway-the only difference is getting to the castile. you can walk up to it anyway- you can walk to the port easily and the other side of that is the beach weather was lovely at Christmas and many resturants were open xmas day-lights were fab so all in all a good holiday

Not for the picky traveler. Conveniently located but it's in the middle of a huge construction site. No A/C in the bedroom, WiFi was pretty bad. Shower flooded every time it was used.

Really a mess and a dirt trick saying that it has air conditioning and only one in the living room and does not work and the hot water did not work ,the dirty refrigerator you can not access the easy building because they are construction work on the street and at the door of the place and we had to walk on a board and in terrible dirt and all day listening to the noise of a building without letting us sleep

If you are not too picky this may be the place 4 U
Wanted to rate this better as loved the size and location. A noxous smell in entry way for our full stay. Room did not have the same smell and was very quiet. Also the rooms were very sterile. The owners need to spend a few Euros and brighten the place up. All appliances are brand new. US guests may want to get instructions how to work microwave, oven, shower and clothes washer as they work different than US. No clothes dryer but do offer a rack which literaly takes days to dry. Lastly there are three levels of stairs before you get to the elevator. Not a problem for us but maybe for others.

Great hotel. Very walkable. Near city center and the Market. We walked to the castle, Alacazaba, and Roman theater ruins. It was a great stay and a great value.
