Our beautiful and cozy apartment is located within the famous Las Lagunillas neighborhood, the Arts District of Malaga and the neighborhood where our Pablo Picasso was born. You will be surprised if you walk through its streets with incredible murals and graffiti created by the artists of the neighborhood, with messages full of claims, parodies and affection towards popular characters of Malaga. It is not New York, it is Malaga ;)

We can offer a maximum occupancy for 3 people; 2 people will sleep in a bedroom with a double bed (built-in wardrobe and Smart TV) and another person in the living room on a 1.35 sofa bed. The kitchen has everything essential to spend a few days, necessary kitchenware and appliances. The bathroom has a shower; and there is hot and cold air conditioning in both the living room and the bedroom. We offer Wi-Fi connection that will be ideal if you come to work remotely. There is a small terrace with views outside. Don't expect views of the Cathedral, but a bit of Gibralfaro Castle :). The location is definitely the best. You won't need a car, although if you do we recommend the Atlántida Parking or the La Merced Parking (in the centre it is difficult to park on the street, although not impossible either).
