You will enjoy the entire ground floor, swimming pool and summer terrace of our 3-storey house, overlooking the El Candado golf course, in Malaga East.

Its 100m2 flat is located next to the swimming pool, in the heart of the garden, with independent access.

It has a spacious living-dining room with TV and WI-FI, and a fully equipped open plan kitchen.

The two bedrooms overlook the pool, terrace and garden.
The first bedroom has a king-size bed and the second bedroom has two single beds.
There is also a double sofa bed in the living room.
There is also a bathroom and a laundry room with washing machine.

The pool is private (we only use it occasionally, and only when our guests are away or not using it).

There is also a shaded summer kitchen above the pool, with a large fridge/freezer and barbecue.
