"This was our second day at the Occidental, unfortunately that air-conditioning was not working for our day which we were not made aware of on check in. Our room was ready early when we arrived and we were allocated to the ninth floor with a balcony and partial sea view which was very nice. Unfortunately without Aircon, it was just too hot at night even with the patio doors open so we did struggle to sleep. I do have an outside food bar and drinks bar. "What a lovely hotel! We had an All Inclusive package and it was great. The food was probably the best I’ve ever had in an all inclusive - really varied and plentiful. There was a really good range of drinks included too, all branded spirits and good cocktails. The staff were lovely and the hotel was impeccably clean and well-maintained. "
