Elegant and Spacious Country Retreat in Southern Idaho

Comfort and relaxation in this spacious home. Large enough for family retreats, vacations or reunions. Main house has 7 bedrooms, includes bedroom with 4 toddler beds. Open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, HUGE gourmet kitchen, 2 living rooms, & giant yard with water feature. Fabulous outdoor living areas feature fire pit, gazebo, fire table, fireplace, grill and full size refrigerator. Community park within walking distance. Room for RV’s (with prior approval), tents, volleyball net, and yard games.
The space
Beautiful, spacious home with large yard. Additional beds are available in on-site cabin and above garage studio apartment. This property has 3 separate spaces to rent. Above the garage is a full studio suite with kitchen, queen bed, full foldout sofa, TV, internet, a sweet little house in itself. There is also a log cabin with power (heaters/fans available, if desired). The cabin has 2 bunkbeds, both with a twin and a double bed each. The studio suite and the cabin are available only with the rental of the main house. The apartment rents for $100 per night with 1 time cleaning fee of $50. The cabin rents for $50 per night with 1 time cleaning fee of $35.
Prices on the web site reflect only the main house. Additional guest fees are subject after 16 guests in the main house. With the rental of the apartment and cabin, you can sleep 34 guests without additional guest fees. We allow 6 guest max. to sleep in the studio suite, 8 max. in the log cabin. 34 is the maximum number of guests sleeping on the property with the rental of all 3 spaces.
Campers and tents are welcome in designated areas upon preapproval and fees if your party is slightly bigger than 34 guests. Anything over 45 guests will be considered an event and subject to an event fee.
There are 4 security cameras outside. They cover the front door, the south patio door/back yard, the apartment door and the west sliding door. The cameras are there for your protection and the protection of our property. There are NO cameras or recording devices in the house.

Also, because the house is in the country, a stray cat may wander onto the property occasionally. Please do not feed it since it does not belong to us. We hope you will appreciate the cabin. It is over a hundred years old and original to the area when it was settled. It is the common size of a cabin for an entire family to live in.

Guest access
Full access to main house, outdoor living areas and yard. Garage is off limits to guests.
Just minutes away from mountains, small lakes and reservoirs. 45 minute drive to world famous Lava Hot Springs. Perfect for out door adventure!

Please Note: We have recently added a lot of new trees and plants to the yard. Please be cautious and stay on the grass and away from the young plants and trees.
