The staff anticipated our needs with incredible kindness, making us feel completely cared for throughout our visit. We stayed in the spacious family cabin, which accommodated five beds. It was impeccably comfortable, providing plenty of room for our family. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with vibrant flowers and lush plants native to the area, creating a serene, tropical atmosphere that feels like a slice of paradise. The amenities are exceptional. The pool, complete with a picturesque waterfall, is stunning. There are two Jacuzzis—one designated for adults and another for children—offering a relaxing experience for everyone. I found the area around the hotel lacking many dining options, so I ate there a few times and liked the food! I would consider staying here when I'm back in Loja."
