Family home in the Gers, with garden, swimming pool and tennis court. Ideal place for a get-together with friends or family, or for a special occasion (birthday, wedding).
Cyclists welcome (bicycle garage).

Enjoying summer and autumn sunshine, located in Malabat, on the Arros plain between St Sever de Rustan and Marciac.

Sleeps fourteen, concierge service on arrival and departure + optional cleaning package, linen and towels ( Sarah D.).

The swimming pool is open from May to October, weather permitting.

Nice garden and outdoor
The property has very nice garden, swimming pool and tennis yard. The house however requires reconstruction, especially bathrooms (only one of three is OK to use) and kitchen (very small and difficult to manage cooking for 8 people). There are only 8 proper beds, not 14 as mentioned in the ad. In neighborhood are very noisy dogs, day and night.
