"Peppery was under renovation, which was not known at the time of booking. Temporary reception & dinning set up. Access to rooms was from the outside via the basement. No elevators & steep circular stairs. Pavement outside was extremely uneven & as it was raining, lots of deep puddles & mud. Room was basic and set up like a dormitory style. The hotel is ranked 4 star and did not meet expectations at all."

"Great location, but overall the hotel was very quiet in the middle of the most hectic holiday season. We only saw one personnel as a staff and she handled everything from reception to breakfast. There was only one other couple during our stay and this created quite odd feeling. Someone might like this and for others it might be awkward experience. "Very satisfied with apartment it exceeded our expectations. However the details provided were not very good for gaining access and getting the key. We were sent to one garage to collect keys and found it deserted - another garage was being used. Once that was sorted though everything was great. The inclusion of a sauna added that little finesse. Unfortunately I have not been able to contact the apartment since to find out if any jewellery been found that I have lost while staying there "
