Good Place to Stay near Haram
Nice location ten minutes walk to Haram Kabaa Room Bathroom Sheets Towels everything very neat and clean. Close to shops and restaurants. Didnot try their own restaurant. Will definitely use again in future

Can be maintained well A very huge inventory Phone not working Had to request the room to clean , not on own No proper refills It's quite good hotel with. Dry good capable management, can be better if it is managed well Mohammed and Ahmed were very good and helpful

Convienent for last minute booking
The room was not like they was on the pictures, was misleading, I asked for double bed I received 3 single beds, no room service, no daily room cleaning or even any cleaning, lift is always occupied you end up using the stairs, no restaurant, wifi is the worst, people smoking on the hallways, I really booked this hotel because of the reviews and they said it was 3/5 I wouldn't rate this place 1/5
