Overall it was a good stay but because of few things I would rate it average. Too much noise, it felt like I’m in sleeping on the road. Staff at kitchen (breakfast) were very rude and full of ego. Not all of them but two of them who work inside kitchen making omelets. Transport- they say half an hour but every time I had to wait 90 minutes sometimes 2hrs for the transport. Few times I took taxi from Masjid Alharam to hotel because of the long wait for the shuttle bus. Nightshift- when you call at night no one answers. Most importantly I just forgot my perfumes in my room while checking out as I was in a bit hurry but when I arrived at Jeddah airport I realised I forgot my perfumes when I called receptionist after their checkup, she said we checked the room but there’s nothing we couldn’t find anything in the room while I left my Vaseline, nail cutter and shampoo intentionally as I didn’t have much space in my bag but I unintentionally forgot my perfumes (around 4-6 small oud and musk bottles) some of them were very expensive and I loved them but unfortunately they said your perfumes are not here. This really hurt my feelings cuz I clearly remember that I wrapped them in white shopping bag at my room but they said your perfumes are not here. I could have given a nice review if the above incidents weren’t happened. I will definitely change my review if I get my perfumes by chance and definitely will select the same hotel for my next umrah In Sha Allah.

The hospitality at the hotel is unmatched. The hotel is clean. The only issue is that there is a lack of buses to take you to Haram and the wait is long.

I was writing a really long review but I exceeded the character limit so I’ll just quickly sum up our experience. Overall decent experience, we enjoyed our stay الحمدلله Pros: free food (probably one of our favorite parts of the hotel😂) from 6am to 11am, and it was pretty good. Staff were very nice and we didn’t have any issues with them. My bed had a stain on it, and the bathroom couldn’t been cleaner but overall the hotel was pretty clean. Cons: We got 1 room with 4 beds for a family of 5, probably not the best idea but we wanted to save money. Room was extremely small, suitcases took up half of the room, room was very crammed. Unfortunately, due to current road blockages, taxi rides were a little bit longer than they could’ve been, and drivers would charge a little bit more sometimes because of the blocked roads. We had a good time الحمدلله but honestly if I could go back, I’d spend the extra money to get a hotel right next to the haram, instead of having to constantly pay for taxis, wait for the bus, walk, etc. It would’ve just saved a lot more time and we would’ve had a better experience. On the other hand, our car/bus rides to the haram and back allowed us to see more of the city so that was nice. But for the price, this hotel is pretty good.
