Koamhotel booking was fake hotel. When i got at the hotel,which is manazel al aim hotel, i was told that there is no booking and hotels.com using fake page to book people. I contacted hotels.com rep who tried to reached out to hotel but was not able to contact hotel. I was told to new booking pay money again and hotels.com will resolve the issue. Its been 10 days hotels.com has not resolved issue on top that telling that i have declined to take my money, complete lie and non sense. My vacation has been affected bec i am going back and forth with hotels..com via email to give me my money. Please refund me my money.
