"I loved that the staff were friendly and helpful. What I didn't like was that the shower was very slippery and dangerous. The resort was nice but it looked a bit run down as though it had fallen on hard times and the wifi didn't work. The kind and friendly and helpful staff more than made up for that though and I would definitely stay again."

"Surat Thani is a stopover town, so there isn't much to do, but I enjoyed my stay here. The staff were so incredibly nice- the nicest people I met during my three weeks in Thailand! Hotel is not close to city center, but is close to tesco lotus and a spa, so nice for a night or two. Cons: one of my bedroom windows didn't have a curtain, so it was tough to sleep in.
