"We really enjoyed our stay at the Khum Phaya resort. Coming from busy Bangkok, the serenity of the pool and gardens was a wonderful change. The breakfast was delicious and staff were very friendly and helpful when needed. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well appointed with minibar and fridge. Down the street (a short walk) was a Big C with a night street market which was excellent for all sorts of fresh local cuisine at very affordable prices. We had a fabulous stay at the Khum Phaya...

"The place was really beautiful outside the room. The room was clean and had a nice place to take a bath or shower. The location was central to all the things we wanted to do. The only issue we had is back gate is where people come to often but it is locked so difficult when had luggage or trying to get a grab not knowing which entrance to go to. The staff was helpful and made sure we were taken care of. Lastly, would recommend eating off site as food was not ideal. "

"Beautiful resort...but in the middle of nowhere! Seemed more like a long term place to stay as there wasn’t much information or assistance for touring. An hour or more from everything! If you’re looking for a nice quiet place to run away to this is it...good food in the restaurant, although expensive, and a beautiful pool... but if you are traveling and wanting to check out the area this is not a good base. "This was my first trip to Thailand and the Kiree Thara Boutique Resort was the perfect place to land. It is situated in peaceful surroundings, the gardens are calming and beautiful, the rooms are comfortable and well equipped, the staff were generous and hospitable. It’s a short ride from the city (easily accessible via the Grab app) and far away enough to experience the tranquility of the hills in Chiang Mai. Great food and service. I highly recommend staying here. "

" Beautiful resort, absolutely top class staff and such a wonderful place. This is exactly what we wanted, a resort out of the main part of town but still easy to go in town. The staff helped us find a local driver that went above and beyond (thank you again Noom). Stand out staff were May, Earth and well everyone we interacted with. I give them a 10 of 10. Also food on site was great."

"The communications with this hotel were exceptional! They were quick to keep me posted on issues at airport, and went above and beyond to pick us up late in the evening and check us in. The staff members were wonderful, and the free breakfast was delightful. It is unfortunate that we were heading out the next day since the pool and surrounding areas were inviting. This is a great hotel in close proximity to Chiang Mai International Airport. I would not hesitate to make reservations here...

"Pretty decent location and put you right into the action. Has nice live bar in front on the plaza. Only problem i had was the shower floor was engineered in correctly and doesnt drain water towards the drain, leaving a pool of sitting water after getting out of the shower."

"Lovely property with attentive staff that will go out of their way to assist you. The rooms are very comfortable, stylishish and clean. The staff was very helpful in arranging for a number of things for me, including hiring a private driner for some individual tours I wanted to do. I am traveling solo and appreciate that I felt safe and seen, which isn't always the case as a female traveler. Definitely get a Thai massage while you're here at the spa. I highly recommend. "
