"Property is very dated and damaged. (Carpets are stained, furniture is ripped, etc.) The ceilings also showed significant water damage and the shower was rusted. It’s very difficult to walk anywhere from the hotel. All that said, the staff were very friendly and helpful."

Already starting to show signs of outgrowing it's infrastructure. Traffic jams are common. Very very hot weather. Water/power outages daily. Lots of shopping and easy grocery store access. Grab is everywhere. Mosques everywhere, inescapable noise.
